Demonic Eyed are back, and Demonic-Eyed 5 is everything we wanted and also everything we didn’t know we needed. This album is a stab in the chest, but with style. The kind of style that only a band that has been chewing darkness for many years can afford.

Demonic-eyed 5 is a controlled explosion, an apocalypse played with surgical ferocity. The riffs are sick, the drums don’t pound: they massacre. And the voice with that growl that seems to be spat out by a demon with bronchitis is a real treat.

The production is perfect: just dirty enough, but with each instrument carving out its own space. No fake overproduction, just pure, sincere wickedness.

With this album, Demonic Eyed don’t try to please anyone. They don’t flirt with the mainstream, they don’t wink, they don’t simplify. On the contrary, they double the stakes, they push even further, and they take us down with them into the darkness. And we gladly go there.
