French post-progressive-rock trio Fields of Næcluda stream new album “Ubuntu”
As announced a couple of weeks ago and after already shared some audio/video glimpses from the record, French post-progressive rock trio Fields of Næcluda officially releases its sophomore full-length album “Ubuntu”. This one is available right now CD & Digital release with InOuïe Distribution / Tchookar and full-streaming over Bandcamp.
In a world where everything seems to be accelerating faster and faster, Fields of Naecluda (literally Fields of the Cloud Tree) provides a welcome moment of reflection and contemplation.
Hailing from Grenoble, the capital of the French Alps, and drawing upon inspiration from pop, rock, and atmospheric metal, Fields of Naecluda invite you on a journey into the uncharted, where ambient, harmonic soundscapes give way to saturated guitars and emotional vocals.
Two years after releasing their debut album to widespread critical praise, the group returned to the studio at the end of 2021 to start working on their second album, with Chris Edrich (Leprous, The Ocean, Klone) taking charge of production.
Then, after a pandemic, some line-up changings and months spend to work again on the album, this one will see the light on Fall 2024.
