Hexicon announce release of “Void King” single and music video

HEXICON are proud to announce the release of their new single and music video “Void King.” The song begins with a deep drop before bursting into intricate chaos, leading to devastating heaviness. Recorded and mixed by the band in their own Pasadena studio, the accompanying video is a textural experiment. It explores voids of concrete, dark forests, and desiccated branches.

“On a psychedelic journey I encountered a deep conscious void, enshrined in green fire. In the lyrics of ‘Void King’, I explore the cycles of life and death, and the intangible void that pervades our reality. Paired with Austin’s violent riffs, I wanted to provide catharsis for the listener, awake in a reality beset by emptiness.”
