MaleventvM, and the fights against the adversities of the life

Fulvio Milone was born in Benevento on April 22, 1985. From an early age, alongside his older brother Ciro, he started listening to bands like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Metallica, and others. Coming from a family of musicians, he took up the electric bass at age 16. Soon after, he began playing songs from internationally known rock bands.

Musicwebzine – Hi , who is MaleventvM ?
Hi everyone, I’m Fulvio Milone and my musical project is called “MaleventvM” just like the ancient name of my city where I was born and raised. In this small city in southern Italy many experiences are born which today tell of my musical vocation in the first album entitled “The Ultra Noise” my musical vocation.

Musicwebzine – Tell us about your latest album ?
My first album “The Ultra Noise” tells through the notes of the songs the sensations of a person who wants to change and who fights against the adversities of his life. He becomes aware of his
personality starting to color his world. In the album artwork (created by Ciro Milone) you can understand how the path of each of us is characterized by happy and unhappy moments. That’s right, the album is aimed at everyone! everyone can identify with the personality described through the proposed melodies.

Musicwebzine – Which guest would you like get for your next album ?
I would like to be able to involve musicians in my next album. In this I thought and recorded practically everything myself. I think I will be very happy to share new ideas with other people who love music like me.

Musicwebzine – Which bands influenced your style ?
Many bands contributed to giving me the desire to write new music. The most important thing wasn’t just to hear their sound but their story as artists. I believe that each of us has something to tell. There are those who succeed through music and those through painting or poetry. Certainly, important experiences that you manage to describe well can absolutely deeply involve those in front of you.

Musicwebzine – How many stile we can listen in your music ?
The most recognizable musical style in my album is progressive metal. There are influences of ambient music and hard rock. I tried not to be influenced too much by the bands I like. I spent long periods not listening to metal, precisely to let my personality emerge as much as possible.

Musicwebzine – What about the cover ?
The cover represents the essence of the whole album. The Faceless Man races against time and achieves his goals. This reality makes him feel alive. Personality is acquired over time and in the artwork this is indicated by the colors which liYle by liYle represent the character’s turning point.

Musicwebzine – How is the music scene in your country ?
In Italy this musical genre is quite appreciated. In our country a more linear musical genre is widespread. It must be recognized that many musicians love this genre but at the same time it is difficult to make everyone appreciate it.
