Music From The Dark , a depressive dark music

Despair leads to isolation, isolation discourages, everything decays.!!!
From this dark point in life takes strength the Music From The Dark project
A deep black soul duo that draws from bands like the cure, paradise lost, katatonia, joy division to unite in a deep sound of sad and decadent torment.
” DEPRESSIVE DARK ” this is the genre proposed by MUSIC FROM THE DARK.
Being in a room and never seeing an exit … living in the light but seeing only darkness around you … a single moment of hope … this is ” My Secret Suicide “.
Musicwebzine – Hi and welcome to this interview. Cry for you its your new single. What about the theme of the single?
Our new single talks about the loneliness you feel when something important that was part of your life is gone forever… and you desperately try to hold on to it so as not to lose it but you already know that that dream has vanished… but you still have the strength to get up and start living again.
“Cry For You” is not just a new single, it is a deep and intense journey that explores new shades of our artistic identity,
Musicwebzine – How would you describe your sound?
Inspired by groups like The Cure, Paradise Lost, Katatonia and Joy Division, we try to create our own original sound that expresses torment, sadness and decadence. We call it “Depressive Dark”
Musicwebzine – What do you write about?
Every note and word of M.F.T.D. they tell stories of pain, desire and redemption.
During covid in the moment of greatest sadness and isolation, the possibility of finding light in the midst of darkness opened up. From this bad emotional experience we tried to give an answer to desperation through a form of artistic creation that would give us hope again.

Musicwebzine – What are your plans for the near future?
Our goal at the moment is to complete the writing of the album, up to now despite being a two-piece formation we are producing a lot of material and in the arrangement and final recording phase of the piece we have found a way that now allows us to keep the pace and quality of what we are currently writing high and we hope to bring our own live show together with many other great bands as soon as possible.
