Super Glue Anxiety – “Tricksy Goes to Party”
Finnish experimental alternative rock band Super Glue Anxiety releases their fourth single. Tricksy Goes to Party tells the story of a dog who thinks he’s a rap superstar and he flexes and brawls with his homies in the street. They’re the kings of the block and occasionally they chase the neighbor’s cats, a bit like in a comic book. Musically the song is a mix of funk and metal this time. There’s also a touch of the 90s and of course a bit of Super Glue Anxiety’s craziness and experimentation.
Body and sound depth that blend perfectly with a good dose of fluidity and an intense sound impact are the main details that make listening pleasant. The guitars mix well, roughensing the atmosphere thus enhancing the listening.
It is not the usual trivial proposal, not even obvious, although the genre is now full of more or less valid proposals. “Tricksy Goes to Party” amazes positively for simplicity and naturalness managing to involve and drag the listener towards dimensions pleasant.
