Discordance, announce new EP “Viscere”

Italian death metal band Discordance return with “Viscere”, a new EP marking a significant shift in their sound and pointing toward their future direction.

The release is described as an intimate and visceral emotional flow, with lyrics entirely in Italian and written in a poetic form that merges literary expression with music. Originally scheduled for March 15, 2026, the EP will now be released on late April 2026 via Great Dane Records, and will be promoted by Broken Bones Promotion & Productions, following technical delays. As bonus material, the band’s 2009 debut EP “Unborn Disease” is included.

Formed in Ferrara in 2008, Discordance evolved from brutal death metal roots into a more complex and hybrid sound, as heard in their previous albums “In The Shadow Of Leaves” (2017) and “Vertex” (2020/2021).
