At First - "Ritual" [Self Released]

Since their start in 2015 at the Popcorner youth center in Breda, At First has steadily carved their musical path. Employing a unique approach where both the music and music videos are produced entirely in house, the band has garnered a loyal fan base. With a do it yourself mentality, they have performed as an aftershow for Bring Me Th Horizon at AFAS Live, had a sold out album release show, and played three times at music festival Breda Barst.

The band recently unveiled the music video ‘Ritual,’ entirely produced, edited, and recorded by the talented guitarist Youri Valentijn. The musical production is al so self managed by Kevin Sneijers guitarist, producer, and multi instrumentalist. The video features vocalist
Jamie Jochems participating in an intriguing ritual, showcasing the versatility of her voice. Lead singer Jamie explains, “The video and the track are a metaphor for lust and love.
Opening yourself up to someone else can be a scary experience, but it can also ignite new energy and a fire within yourself. I hope listeners and viewers feel a sense of empowerment when listening to this song and watching our new clip.
