Cesare Verdacchi - "Psychotrip" [Self Released]

Psychotrip is the new solo album by Cesare Verdacchi, singer, guitarist and composer of Umbrian origins and resident in Città della Pieve.
Released on February 9, 2024, the album was recorded between Tuscany (Virus Studio in Monteriggioni for the drums and bass parts) and Lazio (Trick Studio in Rome for the voices and guitars, which also took care of the production and mixing the album).
Psychotrip consists of 10 songs, for a musical journey characterized by Rock atmospheres, with hard and heavy nuances. All in the classic form of the “power trio” or guitar, bass and drums.

Cesare, a musician with more than thirty years of experience both as a guitarist and as a singer, is the author of all the music and lyrics and obviously sings on all the songs and plays all the guitars. The intention was to create a rocky rhythm section and for this reason the author decided to form a real band, therefore not relying on simple “session musicians” but on musicians who felt they were an integral part of the project.

“Psychotrip”, the first single , amazes positively for its powerful and energy managing to involve and drag the listener towards dimensions made of intense and positive vibrations.
A notable sonic impact created thanks to the good synergy between rough guitars and aggressive rhythm section all well blended by a voice that enhances the general potential of the band.
A clear sign of how the underground music is still full of interesting proposals, with an eye to not falling into the usual cauldron of trivial ideas.
