The Mothman Curse, we wanted to create a connection between songs and images

The Mothmans Curse are an italian nu/metal band that started their adventure in 2017 reviving a 2008 project in which Rat, M.J. and Coldface, to which Lone Psyco (a former bass player active until April 2019) , Max Koil , Rick OilDrop and Ghost. They started playing over ten years ago doing covers of various metal artists and their own pieces. After a long period of inactivity they decided to externalize their frustrations, anxieties and pains and take back the old project and give it new light, revolutionizing dynamic sounds and stage presence.

The Mothman Curse – Hello and thanks for the opportunity. We are a Friulian groove/nu metal band formed in 2017

The Mothman Curse – The idea for the cover was born taking the song Deathraw as a reference. We wanted to create a connection between songs and images

MusicWebZine – What is the main theme of your album?
The Mothman Curse – There is no real theme. We talk a bit about everything. Discomfort and discomfort are probably the common theme

MusicWebZine – Which artist would like to have as a special guest on your next album?
The Mothman Curse – Well, being very passionate about nu metal, I would say either Corey Taylor or Jonathan Davis

MusicWebZine – If you could choice a country for a TOUR which one you choice and why ?
The Mothman Curse – Probably Germany. Metal runs very well in those areas
